摘要
为考察甲醛捕捉剂的使用参数与吸收甲醛能力的关系,将含有甲醛捕捉剂的硝基清漆均匀涂抹在胶合板表面,运用干燥器法对影响甲醛捕捉剂吸收甲醛的各种因素进行研究。优选捕捉剂后,依次考察其最佳吸收时间、捕捉剂含量和不同浓度甲醛环境时的吸收能力。结果表明:甲醛捕捉剂吸收甲醛的最佳时间为48 h;甲醛捕捉剂在硝基清漆中最适合的质量分数为27.3%;甲醛捕捉剂的吸收能力是有上限的,3 g的甲醛捕捉剂吸收甲醛最适含量为50 mL不高于5 mg/L的甲醛溶液。甲醛捕捉剂加入对硝基涂膜的附着力和耐磨性没有明显影响。
This paper investigated the relationship between the usage and the effect of the formaldehyde scavenger.Nitrocellulose lacquer containing formaldehyde scavenger was evenly coated on the surface of plywood,then desiccator method was applied to study factors influencing the absorbency of the formaldehyde scavenger.After the optimum formaldehyde scavenger had been chosen,the influence of absorbing time,scavenger content and formaldehyde concentration in the environment on its performance was investigated.The results showed that the optimal absorbing time was within 48 h;the optimum weight ratio of formaldehyde scavenger in nitrocellulose lacquer was 27.3%;the scavenger absorbency showed an upper limit: The most suitable absorbency for 3 g formaldehyde scavenger was 50 mL formaldehyde solution with a concentration of less than 5 mg/L.Adding formaldehyde scavenger in nitrocellulose lacquer showed no significant effect on wear resistance and adhesion of surface coating.
