摘要
在雇佣模式日益多样化的背景下,雇佣关系的研究成为理解员工态度与行为的重要途径。雇佣关系研究有两种主要的研究视角,即一元主义视角和多元化视角。文章主要针对雇佣关系中的概念和测量问题,按照两种研究视角分别进行总结和对比分析,并在最后提出了未来的研究要点。
Under the background of diverse employment patterns, employment relationship had arisen many attentions. As an important way of understanding employees' attitudes and behaviors, employment relationship re- searches adopted two main perspectives: the unitary perspective and the pluralistic perspective. From these two per- spectives, this paper provided a general overview of the conceptual and metrical issues about employment relation- ship. Finally, the research pointed out directions for future research.
