摘要
热镀锌液中加入各种微量合金元素,将会对锌镀层的性能、显微结构及外观等产生重要影响。主要介绍了热镀锌液中添加铝、硅、镁和稀土等11种常见的微量元素对镀层的耐腐蚀性能的影响,并介绍了国内外最新理论研究成果,对热镀锌合金的研究具有一定的指导意义。
The addition of microalloying elements in hot-dip galvanizing meh has important influence on the properties, mierostructure and appearance of zinc coating. In this paper, effects of 11 kinds of alloying elements including aluminum, silicon, magnesium and rare earth on the coatings corrosion resistanee were introduced. And the latest theoretical research studies at domestic and abroad were also reviewed. These research results would have a guiding significance on the alloying of hot-dip galvanizing melt.
