摘要
利用经试验筛选的固化剂配方对冀东油田废弃钻井液进行了固化处理的室内试验研究 ,结果表明 ,加入合适的固化剂后 ,能够提高固化物的强度 ,且固化后的固体在水中浸泡 5d后 ,其浸出液色度、悬浮物含量、化学吸氧量、重金属含量、含油量等均达到 GB897888的二级标准。
An experimental study is performed on solidifying abandoned drilling fluids of Jidong oilfield with the screened hardener formulas The study result shows that, after adding an appropriate hardener, the strength of curing substances could be raised, and the solids after curing are submerged in water for 5 days The chromaticity of its leaching fluid, the content of suspending substances,heavy metals,chemical absorption oxygen,and the oil content can meet the national standard(GB8978 88)
