白地祛脂合剂治疗寻常痤疮临床观察

Clinical observation of “Baidi Quzhi Mixture” in treating acne vulgaris

目的观察白地祛脂合剂治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法将61例痤疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组32例给予白地祛脂合剂口服,对照组29例给予维胺酯胶囊口服。6周后观察两组痤疮皮肤损害、皮脂溢出率、临床不良反应情况,并进行临床疗效评价。结果治疗组临床总有效率为96.9%,与对照组93.1%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组皮损分度、皮脂溢出率降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白地祛脂合剂对寻常痤疮具有改善皮损、减少皮脂分泌的作用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Baidi Quzhi Mixture＂ in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods Sixty-one subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 32 cases were treated by ＂Baidi Quzhi Mixture＂ and control group in which 29 cases were treated by viaminate capsule, with a course of 6 weeks. The clinical efficacy, skin lesions, sebum excretion rate（SER） and safety were observed. Results The total effective rates in the treat- ment group and the control group were 96.9% and 93.1% respectively, with no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, the skin lesion and SER were all improved in two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）, with no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Baidi Quzhi Mixture＂ is effective to improve skin lesions and reduce sebum excretion in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
