扶正消瘤汤治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of “Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction” in treating hysteromyoma

目的观察扶正消瘤汤治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法将134例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组67例;治疗组采用扶正消瘤汤治疗,对照组给予米非司酮片治疗。两组疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效及肌瘤体积的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为88.06%,对照组为61.19%;治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组子宫肌瘤体积均有缩小(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组肌瘤的缩小程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扶正消瘤汤治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效确切。

Objectlve To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction＂ in the treatment of hysterumyoraa. Methods Total 134 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 67 cases were treated with ＂Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction＂ and control group in which 67 cases were treated with Mifepristone Tablets, with a course of three months. The clinical efficacy and the volume of hysteromyoma were observed. Results The overall effective rote was 88.06% in the treatment group and 61. 19% in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） ; after treatment, the volumes of hysteromyoma were reduced in hoth groups （ P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0.01 ） , with more significant reduction in the treatment group than in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction＂ is quite effective for hysteromyoma.
