摘要
研制了一种新型深部调剖剂体系—— JST,该体系由磺化高分子聚合物 PAS、交联稳定剂 JL和催化剂 JC等 3种成分组成。室内研究结果表明 ,该体系较为适宜的配方组成为 0 .1 5%~ 0 .3 0 % PAS+0 .4 %~0 .7% JL+0 .0 2 %~ 0 .0 4 % JC;抗温能力大于 1 2 0℃ ;基液粘度低 ,成胶时间可调 ,成胶强度大 ,封堵性能好 ,突破压力梯度大于 5MPa/m,堵水率大于 97%。
A new indepth profile modificator system,JST is developed It is composed of a sulphonated polymer (PAS), a crosslinked stabilizer(JL) and a catalytic agent(JC) The study result demonstrates that the the formula suitable to the system consists of 0 15%—0 30%PAS+0 4%—0 7%JL+0 02%—0 04%JC, of which the temperature resistant capability is above 120℃,the viscosity of base fluid is low, the gelling time is adjustable, the gelling strength is high, the plugging performance is good, the breakthrough pressure gradient is above 5MPa/m, and water plugging rate is above 97%
