摘要
研制出了广谱暂堵剂 MBA,用以解决普通暂堵剂现场使用时粒径及抗温性难以选择准确的问题。试验表明 ,在水基钻井液体系中加入 3 %~ 5%的广谱暂堵剂 MBA,能在渗透率为 50× 1 0 - 3~ 3 0 0 0× 1 0 - 3μm2的岩心上形成有效暂堵 ,损害深度小于 2 .5cm,易于反排或射孔解除 ,渗透率恢复值达 80 %以上。
A widely used temporary plugging agent, MBA, is developed to solve the problem that it is hard to select the grain size and temperature resistant property by applying general temporary plugging agents in the field The result obtained shows that when 3%—5% MBA is added into a water based fluid, an effective plugging would be produced on the cores with permeability of 50×10 -3 —3 000×10 -3 μm 2,the damage produced is less than 2 5 cm deep and eliminated easily by flowback or perforation, and the restoration rate of permeability is above 80%
