摘要 针对非离子、阴离子表面活性剂的优缺点 ,合成一种适用于高温、高含盐地层的阴离子非离子型活性剂。研究了非离子活性剂 OP-1 0的羧烃基化 ,用正交试验设计法找到了由 OP-1 0合成高浊点、低表面张力的阴离子非离子型活性剂 OPC-1 0的最佳条件为 :催化剂与 OP-1 0的摩尔比为 0 .0 2∶ 1 ,羧酸与 OP-1 0的摩尔比为 0 .9∶ 1 ,反应温度为 1 3 0℃ ,反应时间为 In consideration of the advantages and disadvantages of nonionic and anionic surfactants, a new nonionic anionic surfactant suitable for high temperature and high salinity reservoirs is synthesized The carboxyalkylation of nonionic surfactant OP 10 is studied The optimal conditions for modifying OP 10 into nonionic anionic surfactant OPC 10 (with high cloud point and low surface tension)is found by using orthogonal tests The result shows that the mole ratio between the catalyst and OP 10 is 0 02∶1,and between carboxylic acid and OP 10 is 0 9∶1 at reaction temperature of 130 ℃ and within reaction time of 8 hours
