模拟卷取和退火温度对Ti-V超低碳BH钢织构的影响

摘要 利用光学显微镜、背散射电子衍射(EBSD)显微分析及高分辨透射电镜(TEM)等分析技术,研究了不同退火温度及卷取处理对Ti-V超低碳烘烤硬化冷轧钢板的再结晶晶粒尺寸、组织、织构以及第二相粒子的影响。结果表明:在高于750℃退火,试样均已完成再结晶过程,退火温度的升高,有利于得到均匀的铁素体组织和提高{111}织构的强度,但对α织构的影响较弱,卷取处理试样较易获得强的{111}织构。第二相粒子的形态、大小和分布也影响着织构的形成发展。 By means of metallurgical microscope, electron back scatter diffraction technique (EBSD) and TEM technology, the influence of heat treatment process on recrystallized grain size, microstructure, texture and particle of second phase of Ti-V ultra low carbon bake-hardening steel was investigated. The results showed that with the increasing of annealing temperature, the orientation density of { 111 } texture become stronger and the grain size distribution become more uniform, but the effect on α texture become weaker. The effect of coiling on bake hardening steels caused to obtain t {111} texture easily. There was a close relationship between shape, size and distribution of oreeioitates and texture.
