摘要
为了应对生产条件的变化,保证高炉炉况稳定和获得较高的煤比,需要调整初始煤气流分布,而鼓风动能是决定初始煤气流形成和分布的关键参数。结合宝钢2号高炉2011年生产攻关操作实绩,分析摸索合适鼓风动能的过程,讨论2号高炉合适鼓风动能的控制范围,并提出选取合适鼓风动能的依据和注意点。
In order to keep the BF running process smoothly and steadily and gain higher ratio of PCI for the variation of current condition, the distribution of initial gas flow should be modified. The blast kinetic energy was the key parameter to determinate the initial gas flow formulation and distribution. In combination with the operating performance of Baosteel No. 2 BF in the year 2011, the process of groping proper blast kinetic energy was analyzed, the controlling range of blast kinetic energy was discussed, also the basis and notice to get proper range of blast kinetic energy was presented.
