减摩涂层对高强度钢板冷冲裁过程影响的有限元模拟 被引量:4

摘要 随着对汽车环保、安全与轻量化要求的日益增加,高强度钢应用开发越来越受到汽车行业的青睐。基于Deform 2D有限元软件平台,采用数值模拟技术,动态仿真了CPW800高强钢板与HR340LA热轧酸洗钢板的冲裁过程;并从抗磨减摩角度模拟了PVD涂覆MoST(Ti/MoST/MoS2)、GLC(Graphit-iC类石墨涂层)及CrMoN减摩涂层对冷作模具钢寿命的影响。结果显示:CPW800钢较HR340LA钢更难产生光亮带,冲裁模具所受的轴向载荷与等效应力更大;减摩涂层不同程度地减小了模具的等效应力,抗磨减摩涂层的研发对提高高强度钢冲裁模具寿命起重要作用,但对高强钢的轴向载荷影响不明显。 There was a gradually attraction in research and development of high strength steels to meet environmental protection, security and light weight in automobile industry. The blanking processes of high strength steels of CPW800 and HR340LA were simulated by using the FEM model based On the Deform 2D software platform, and the effects of MOST, GLC and CrMoN coatings on service life of the cold blanking dies were simulated considering reducing friction in practice condition. The results indicated that the high strength steel CPW800 showed a lower degree bright belt than that of HR340LA steel and undertook a higher axial loads and equivalent stresses. The lubricating coatings could, to different degree, reduce the equivalent stresses acted on die and enhance bright belt. Thus, research and development in coatings played an important role to improve the service life of cold working dies. These coatings hardly affected axial loads of CPW800 in the blanking process.
