摘要
对于多流中间包的活塞流区、全混流区以及死区体积分数的计算,至今还没有一个统一模型,而上述体积分数是评价中间包流场分布的重要指标。根据多流中间包的各流之间的差异性提出活跃区影响因子以及死区影响因子概念,优化了多流中间包的计算模型,并且提出了各流之间的差异性判断参数。利用优化后的计算模型与以往的计算方法进行对比,得到的优化计算模型不仅可以计算活塞流区、全混流区以及死区体积分数,而且还可以得到各流之间的差异性程度。
It has not yet been found any consistent model that could be applied into multi-strand tundish to estimate the fractions of plug flow and mixed flow and dead zone. However, the above results were important to evaluate the flow field of tundish. An impact factor of active area and dead zone was provided due to the difference of each strand of multi-strand tundish. Besides, new model was deduced and compared with the previous model.
