摘要
北京师范大学珠海分校励耘楼出现了渗漏现象,分布在墙体、天花楼板、落水管、窗周边、女儿墙等部位,在分析渗漏原因后,根据各部位的特点分别制订了渗漏治理方案。本文详细介绍了不同渗漏部位的治理技术,包括施工工艺流程、选用材料及施工要点。
Liyun Building of Zhuhai Campus of Beijing Normal University leaked. The leakage locations distributed in the walls, ceilings, downspouts, areas surrounding windows, parapet walls and so on. Leakage treatments were determined according to characteristics of every position after analyzing leakage causes.
