摘要
介绍了补偿收缩混凝土在苏州工业园区污水综合处理厂项目中的应用情况。该工程在浇筑混凝土时,以控制补偿收缩混凝土限制膨胀率为目标,兼顾施工性能,通过理论分析、实验室试验和现场抽样检测,证实了在复杂施工条件下,高效膨胀剂的掺加可有效补偿混凝土自收缩、温度收缩和干燥收缩等,降低结构开裂风险。
The article introduces application of shrinkage-compensating concrete in Suzhou Industrial Park sewage treatment plant project. When the concrete was poured, it is important to note the expansion rate of shrinkage-compensating concrete and the workability. It was confirmed that the efficient expansion agent could compensate the autogenous shrinkage, temperature shrinkage and drying shrinkage of the concrete effectively and reduce structure cracking risk under complicated construction conditions through theoretical analysis, laboratory test and field sampling.
