摘要
介绍C-NCAP行人保护法规的头部模型校核方法。以新开发的一款乘用车为例,做了行人保护的分析,并针对不能满足法规的刮水器输出轴硬点进行了溃缩结构的弱化设计,就该溃缩结构的核心部件速度螺母的设计和测试做了改进,最后再对优化后的刮水器枢轴结构伤害值做理论校核,溃缩设计可以满足法规要求。
The author describes the C-NCAP pedestrian legislation of head protection model; does analysis to pedestrian protection and the weakening design of collapsing structure with the example of a newly developed passenger vehicle; improves design and test of the speed nut which is its core component; and theoretically checks the damage value of the optimized wiper pivot structure. Thus the collapsing design can meet the demands of legislations.
