摘要
当普通分散控制系统的主控制器发生故障时,整个系统将失去逻辑控制功能,为此设计了具有逻辑控制功能的智能I/O卡。在智能I/O卡硬件设计的基础上,以VC2008为开发平台,提出了智能I/O卡的上位机软件设计方案。该方案实现了下载组态、控制命令、上传组态以及串口通信等功能。测试结果表明,该软件运行安全、可靠,满足应用的要求。
In ordinary distributed control systems (DCS) , the whole system might lose logical control functions when the master controller fails. Thus the development scheme for intelligent I/O modules that features logical control functions is designed. On the basis of hardware design of intelligent I/O modules, with VC2008 as the developing platform, the host computer software design strategy for intelligent I/O modules is proposed for implementing functions of download configuration, controlling commands' upload configuration, and serial communication, etc. The test results indicate that the software stably runs in safety, and meets the requirements of operation.
