摘要
以质量控制为目的,在集成各类工艺、设备状态数据的基础上,设计了C/S体系结构下的工艺、设备综合诊断系统。为了满足特定的功能需要,流程企业的设备以串并联方式相互关联,因此不能孤立地把握单体设备的状态;生产过程的诊断也不能仅仅针对设备,而应综合考虑过程工艺和设备两方面。实际应用表明,全流程诊断系统能有效把握本流程内的所有状态,最大限度地减少企业在生产过程中所占用的资源,降低企业管理和运营成本。
For the purpose of quality control, on the basis of data integration for various technological processes and equipment states, the whole process diagnostic system based on C/S architecture is designed. To satisfy specific functional requirements, the equipment of process enterprise are related to each other in serial-parallel mode, the technological process and equipment are both considered in diagnosis of production process. The practical application shows that the whole process diagnostic system effectively grasps all the status in the process, and greatly reduces the resources occupied by enterprise production, and decreases the costs of management and operation for enterprises.
