摘要
通过分析总风门控制回路及其执行机构的现场环境,找到了造成韶关电厂300 MW机组磨煤机总风门故障的原因。针对故障原因,提出了解决气缸内活塞在全开位置不固定的方案。该方案重新设计了控制原理图,完善了行程开关检测方式。实际运行证明,该方案能够满足机组负荷需求,保证了锅炉安全运行,达到了节能降耗的目的。
Through analyzing the site environment of the control loop and its actuator, the causes of the malfunctions of the total air damper of coal pulverizers in 300 MW power generating unit of Shaoguan power plant are found. In accordance with the causes of malfunctions, the strategy for solving the problem of unfixed fully open position of piston in air cylinder is proposed. The control principle of the strategy has been redesigned, the detection pattern of the travel switch is improved. The practical operation verifies that the correctness of the design scheme meets the load demand of the unit, ensures the safety operation of boiler, and reaches the goal of energy conservation.
