摘要
为满足五轴激光切割的需要,探讨一种利用Pro/E软件生成五轴激光数控切割轨迹的方法。通过对被切割零件模型进行预处理,生成一个补偿激光束半径的激光切割轨迹生成曲线,然后采用"轨迹铣削"加工方式中的"垂直于零件"功能,生成了能够保证激光束始终垂直于被切割零件表面的五轴激光数控切割轨迹。
To meet the demand of 5-axis laser cutting, a method for generation of 5-axis laser cutting path based on the Pro/E software was discussed. A curve for the generation of laser cutting path with compensating the laser beam radius was created by prepro- cessing the part. Then the 5-axis laser cutting path that could guarantee the laser beam perpendicular to the part surface all the time was generated by using the function of "vertical to the part" of the "path milling" style.
