摘要
针对目前离心机电液振动台系统由于短时间流量大和静不平衡力使得系统的平稳性差及波形复现精度低的问题,设计了振动台系统的水平和垂直激振系统,采用静力平衡系统来减小系统的不平衡力,利用高压蓄能器进行大流量高压供油、低压蓄能器吸收振动过程中的脉动和冲击。并进行了一系列的振动测试实验,结果表明:该系统能够高精度且平稳地复现给定信号,验证了设计方案的可行性。
Due to need of the large flow hydraulic oil within short time and the unbalanced static force, the stationeriness and precision of the waveform reproduction of the centrifugal shaker are very poor. Aiming to the problems above, the horizontal and vel'tical excitation systems were designed. Using the balanced static force system, the unbalanced force was decreased. The high pressure accu- mulator was introduced to provide large high pressure oil and low pressure accumulator to absorb the pulsation and impact. A series of testing experiment were performed. The experimental results indicate that the designed system can be used to reproduce acceleration waveform smoothly and precisely. It proves the feasibility of the design.
