摘要
本文在卡尔·费休库仑法的基础上建立了一套独特的分析系统和相应的分析方法,用以分析常温常压下小体积气体中微量水分。通过检测高纯氮气中的微量水分考核了方法的精密度,分析数据的实验标准偏差U<10%;通过分析空气中的水分含量验证了方法的准确度,空气中水分的测量值与计算值在误差范围内一致。小体积常压气体中微量水分的卡尔.费休分析方法的建立,对分析贮存环境气体内水分变化规律及采取有效措施控制封装气体内水分含量,建立较干燥的贮存环境具有指导作用。
An unique water-analysis system was set based on Karl Fischer(KF) coulometric titration method to analyze trace water in small-vessel gas at normal temperature and pressure. The precision of this method was tested via analyzing the trace water in high- pure nitrogen with the standard error less than 10%. The accuracy of this method was verified via analyzing the water concentration in the atmosphere,whose measurement is consistant with the calculation in the error range, It proves that the approach is available for analyzing and controlling the water concentration in reserving gas so as to keep the condition of the gas dry.
