摘要
指出政府部门协调是电子政务信息资源整合的基础保障,协同政务是电子政务信息资源整合的必然趋势。提出基于电子政务信息资源整合的政府组织结构再造,要求厘清政府流程再造与电子政务信息资源整合的关系,以电子政务信息资源整合加快政府流程再造,以"大部制"改革推动电子政务信息资源整合。
The paper expounds that coordination among governmental departments is basic guarantee to integration of e- governmental information resources, and collaborative governmental affairs is inevitable trend of e-governmental information resources integration. It puts forward that to reengineer government＇s organizational structure basing on e-governmental information resources integration, need to make relationship between governmental process reengineering and integration of e-governmental information resources clear, speed up governmental process reengineering by e-governmental information resources integration, and promote integration of e-governmental information resources by the super ministry reform.
