摘要
将符号互动理论的基本观点应用于查新用户与查新员的沟通过程中,主要包括4个方面的内容:①确定用户和查新员两个"主体"的角色;②使用语言符号和非语言符号的技巧进行沟通;③定义用户与查新员之间平等沟通的关系;④围绕查新项目的背景、技术、查新点等主要内容,开展有意义的互动。从而为查新员和用户之间互动策略的制定提供一定的指导。
The paper considers that 4 aspects of basic opinions of the theory of symbolic interaction may be applied in interaction between novelty retriever and clients, including: ①Confirming novelty retriever and clients as two role of “main body”; ②Using skills of language symbols and nonverbal symbols to communicate with each other;③Defining an equal communication relationship between the retriever and clients; ④Doing significant interactions according to background, techniques, novelty retrieval points of the item. The paper aims to provide constructive guidance for formulating interactive strategy between novelty retriever and clients.
