操作时间不确定时第一类多产品混合装配的鲁棒平衡 被引量:1

摘要 在人工作业装配线上,操作时间长度在一定范围内波动,导致确定条件下的装配线平衡模型不再具有较优性,甚至失效。文中针对在生产节拍给定的条件下求最小工位数的第一类装配线平衡问题,分析多产品混合装配线的平衡特点,基于整数规划建立其确定型平衡模型;通过线性规划模型及其在有界不确定条件下的鲁棒对等表达式,建立了在操作时间为给定变动范围内的不确定变量时多产品混合装配的鲁棒平衡模型。实例分析表明,基于该模型所求的解在给定的操作时间变动范围内是鲁棒最优解。 On manual assembly lines,the processing times of all operations are not deterministic but variables within the given time scopes,resulting in that the original optimal solutions always lose optimality and even feasibility in the worst case.Focusing on type-I mixed-model assembly line balancing problem,this paper discusses its characteristics and constructs the deterministic mathematical model for balancing workloads of mixed-model assembly among workstations along the assembly lines based on integer programming.Having analyzed linear programming model and its robust equivalent expression under bounded uncertainty condition,it establishes the robust model for balancing workloads by representing processing times with bounded uncertain variables and replacing the deterministic processing times with multiple realizations.Experiment results show that the optimal solution derived from the model is robust when processing time changes within the given time interval.
