摘要
针对机械式扭矩扳手检定仪体积大、操作复杂等缺点,文章设计了基于Linux的便携式扭矩扳手检定仪。检定仪以ARM11处理器为硬件平台,外围搭建信号调理电路、电源电路等模块;软件上对数据采集程序进行设计,同时以嵌入式Linux为开发平台,设计Qt界面,对数据进行录入查询。该检定仪精度高,性能稳定,操作简单,便于携带,可用于各类扭矩扳手的管理和定期检验,具有很好的市场前景。
According to the mechanical torque wrench test that has some drawbacks, such as big volume, complex operation and so on, this paper designs the portable torque wrench verifying instrument based on Linux. The verifying instrmnent sets up with ARMll processor as hardware platform, peripheral signal conditioning circuit, power supply circuit and other modules. The software designs data acquisition procedure, at the same time sets up embedded Linux as the developrnent platform, in order to design Qt interface for inputting and querying data. The verifying instrument of high precision, stable performance, simple operation, easy to carry, can be used for all kinds of torque wrench management and regular inspection and has a very good market prospect.
