摘要
综述了环氧树脂固化物由于不同材料间热膨胀系数存在差异;产品结构设计不合理;终端混料配比不正确;操作不当等原因造成的产品开裂现象;并针对以上现象,采取一定的预防措施,取得了良好的效果。
The paper summarized the cracking of cured epoxy resin due to different expansion coefficients of materials, improper product design, incorrect mixing ratio and inappropriate operation. After analyzing of these phenomena, precautionary measures were applied and achieved good results.
