三光气法合成2-乙酰氧基丙酰氯的研究 被引量:1

摘要 2-乙酰氧基丙酰氯是合成碘帕醇的重要的有机中间体,文章以三光气和2-乙酰氧基丙酸为原料,用三光气法合成了纯度较高的2-乙酰氧基丙酰氯。探讨了催化剂及用量、反应溶剂、投料比等因素对三光气法合成了甲氧基乙酰氯反应收率的影响。 2-Acetoxypropionyl chloride is an important pharmaceutical intermediates used as iopamidol. The high purity 2-Acetoxypropionyl chloride was synthesized using 2-acetoxypropionyl acid and triphosgene as raw materials. The effect factors include catalyst and its quantity, solvent, reactant ratio were discussed.
