摘要
文章就近年来出现的ATP生物发光法、免疫磁性分离技术、流式细胞术、核酸探针等技术在食品微生物检测中的应用进行综述,并对这些技术的发展前景进行探讨。
The paper summarizes the ATP bioluminescence, lmmuno-magnetic capture, flow cytometry, nucleic acid probe technology in the application of food microbiological testing, and the prospect of the development of these technologies are discussed.
