摘要
目的:以薄层层析法快速检测市售散装广东凉茶中的对乙酰氨基酚成分。方法:以三氯甲烷-甲醇-丙酮-氨水(9∶2∶1∶0.05)为展开剂,GF254硅胶板进行薄层层析。结果:在254 nm下能较灵敏地检测到散装凉茶样品中含对乙酰氨基酚成分。结论:本方法快速、灵敏,适用于检测散装凉茶中是否非法添加对乙酰氨基酚。
Objective： Using TLC method to rapidly detect the acetaminophen in Guangdong bulk herbal tea. Approach： Using chloroform-methanol-acetone-ammonia （9 ： 2 ： 1 ： 0.05） as the solvent and GF254 silica gel plate to launch the thin layer chromatography. Results： Under the condition of 254nm,the acetaminophen in bulk herbal tea samples can be sensitively detected. Conclusion： This method was rapid, sensitive and applicable to the detect whether acetaminophen was illegally added to bulk herbal tea or not.
