摘要
大庆石油化工总厂炼油厂为加氢精制装置扩能改造 ,解决柴油质量问题 ,采用抚顺石油化工研究院开发的FH -98加氢精制催化剂进行了首次工业应用试验。FH -98催化剂经过装填、干燥、预硫化和初期活性稳定等步骤处理后 ,于 1 999年 7月 1 6日正式投入工业运转。以大庆焦化柴油和重催柴油混合为原料进行了催化剂工业标定。结果表明 ,FH -98催化剂堆积密度低 ,仅为 0 .80 8t/m3,可节省1 7%的催化剂费用 ,在操作空速高达 2 .87h- 1的条件下 ,仍具有高的加氢精制活性和稳定性。脱氮率达到 70 %以上 ,脱硫率达到 93 %以上。加氢精制后 ,柴油质量得到明显改善 ,各项指标均符合国家优级品标准 ,也符合目前国际规格的低硫柴油标准。
In order to increase the capacity of hydrofining unit and to improve the diesel oil quality, FH-98 hydrofining catalyst developed by Fushun Kesearch Institute of Petrochamicals was first put into operation in Daqing General Petrochemical Works. FH-98 hydrofining catalyst was formally used in the hydrofining on 16 July, 1999 after the treatment of drying, vulcanizing and activity stabilizing. The commercial appraisal was made using the mixed feed of Daqing coke diesel and cracking diesel. The commercial application was proved to be successful according to the catalyst appraisal data and the operation conditions. The results of commercial application indicate that FH-98 hydrofining catalyst has a higher activity and stability even at 2.87 h -1 , has a lower packing density of 0.808 t/m 3, and catalyst cost can be saved 17%. The hydrodesulphurization rate and the hydrodenitrogenation rate are more than 93% and 70% respectively. The quality of the diesel oil is remarkably improved after hydrofining. All properties of product come up to the standard of both national products of high quality and international low sulfur diesel.
