摘要
对双硫腙分光光度法测定饲料中重金属汞的酸度调节方法进行了改进，简化了操作，使初学者更易控制，并探讨了测定波长、酸度的选择、掩蔽剂的用量等实验条件。选用六种饲料进行测定，用二氯化汞标准溶液做添加，样品回收率在83％～110％的范围，可在速测方法中推广使用。
The Dithizone photometric method for the determination of mercury in feed acidity adjustment method was improved, simplified operation, so that beginners are more easy to control, and discusses the selection of wavelength, determination of acidity, the amount of experimental conditions such as masking agent. Choose six kinds of feed were measured, with two mercuric chloride standard solution do add, sample recovery rate in the range of 83 %-110 %, can be used in the speed measuring method.
