高等林业院校化学工程与工艺专业人才创新能力的培养

The Cultivation of Innovation Ability for Chemical Engineering and Technology Specialty of Higher Forestry Universities and Colleges

培养本科生的创新能力,对当前的高校教学改革有着至关重要的意义。文章依据林业院校化学工程与工艺专业教学实践及院校特点,总结了培养学生创新能力的几点体会和建议。主要是改进教学模式,加强专业实验课的设置和教学方法的改进,为学生创造条件参加科研活动以提高其自主创新能力。

To cultivate the innovation ability of undergraduates is of great importance for the current teaching reform in colleges and universities. We summarized some experiences and proposals for the cultivation of innovation ability based on our teaching practice and the character of forestry universities and colleges. They were mainly focused on the improvement of teaching model, the strength of professional experimental courses setting and the changing of the traditional teaching methods, thus we could create conditions for undergraduates to take part in scientific research activities to enhance their capability of independent innovation.
