中药局部熏蒸治疗偏瘫肩痛的临床疗效观察 被引量:14

摘要 【目的】观察中药局部熏蒸治疗及现代康复治疗对偏瘫并发肩痛的临床疗效。【方法】设现代康复训练治疗偏瘫肩痛为对照组(24例),中药局部熏蒸结合康复训练治疗偏瘫肩痛为治疗组(24例),观察2组治疗前后肩关节活动度(ROM)以评价肩关节活动范围的变化,并观察视觉模拟类比评分(VAS)以评定患侧肩关节疼痛状况。【结果】治疗后2组患者ROM积分和VAS评分均有显著改善,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组的改善作用更为显著,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】中药局部熏蒸治疗结合现代康复手段在偏瘫并发肩痛治疗中可有效缓解患者偏瘫肩痛情况,促进患肩关节功能的恢复,减少偏瘫患者的致残程度,提高中风后偏瘫患者的临床疗效。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal fumigation and steaming therapy for shoulder pain after hemiplegia.Methods Forty-eight hemiplegia complicated with shoulder pain were equally randomized into two groups.The treatment group was given Chinese herbal fumigation and steaming therapy combined with rehabilitation therapy,and the control group was given rehabilitation therapy alone.The range of movement(ROM) of shoulder and visual analog scale(VAS) for pain were scored for the evaluation of therapeutic effect.Results The scores of ROM and VAS were improved in both groups(P〈0.05 compared with those before treatment),and the improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal fumigation and steaming therapy combined with rehabilitation therapy is effective on relieving shoulder pain,improving shoulder function and reducing disability for the treatment of shoulder pain after hemiplegia.
