摘要
【目的】研究整体护理干预对功能性消化不良(FD)患者生存质量的作用。【方法】对100例FD患者给予心理护理为主,结合健康教育、睡眠饮食护理的整体护理干预措施,了解患者生存质量的变化情况。【结果】护理干预前,患者的功能性消化不良生存质量量表(FDDQL)总分为61.97分,其中日常生活的分数最高,而压力的分数最低。通过护理干预后,总分提高到67.71分;在领域方面,除饮食分数下降外,其他领域的分数均显著提高(P<0.05),其中上升幅度较大的领域包括睡眠、忧虑和不适。【结论】整体护理干预能提高FD患者的生存质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing on quality of life（QOL） of functional dyspepsia（FD） patients.Methods One hundred inpatients were collected in the spleen and stomach department of the First Affiliated Hospital,Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from October,2010 to May,2011.The patients received mental nursing,and were also given health education as well as sleep and diet nursing.The change of QOL was observed before and after the nursing.Results Before the nursing,the total score of QOL for FD was 61.97,and daily life item had the highest score while pressure had the lowest score.After the nursing,the total score arrived at 67.71,and the score of all items except the diet was increased（P〈0.05）.The increase of item score was obvious in sleep,anxiety and discomfort.Conclusion Holistic nursing shows an effect on improving QOL of FD patients.
