摘要 永磁同步电动机速度控制系统的设计关键在于控制系统的快速跟随性能,而传统PI控制算法是线性的,不能有效地处理系统快速响应性与系统超调这两种情况之间存在的矛盾。本文采用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术实现电动机驱动,通过单闭环的控制策略与非线性PI结合变速积分的控制算法完成控制器的速度调节,通过仿真验证了算法的有效性,系统响应过程快速且无明显超调,有效地抑制了电动机运行过程中产生的电磁转矩脉动。 The key of the design of the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system is quick to follow the perform- ance of the control system. But conventional PI control algorithm is linear, which cannot effectively deal with the contradiction that exists between the system quick response with the overshoot in both cases. In this paper, space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technology is used to achieve the motor drive and adjust the speed of the motor, using a single closed-loop control strategy combined with variable speed integral with nonlinear PI control algorithm. The simulation verified the effectiveness of the algorithm, the system response process quickly and without significant overshoot, and can effectively inhibit the electromagnetic torque ripple in the motor running.
