摘要
采用阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和有机盐苯乙烯磺酸钠复配制备了粘弹性表面活性剂压裂液,对其流变性、抗温抗剪切性,携砂性能和破胶性能等进行了评价,并采用AFM对其形貌进行了表征,结果表明制备的粘弹性表面活性剂压裂液具有优良的抗温抗剪切性,携砂性能和破胶性能,AFM表明CTAB3%/SSS2%体系压裂液形成了三维网络结构,表现出一定的剪切增稠现象,表观粘度在30~70℃变化不大,80℃表观粘度仍高达202 mPa.s,玻璃珠沉降速度0.026 mm/s,油破胶时间低于15 min,水破胶时间小于4 h。
Viscoelastic surfactant fracturing fluid was prepared by cationic surfactant cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) and organic salt sodium 4-styrenesulfonate(SSS).The main performances of viscoelastic surfactant fracturing fluid,such as rheological behavior,temperature and shear resistance,sand-carrying and gel breaking were investigated.Morphology of viscoelastic surfactant fracturing fluid was characterized by AFM.Results showed that prepared viscoelastic surfactant fracturing fluid had good temperature and shear resistance,sand-carrying and gel breaking.AFM indicated that a three-dimensional network structure was formed for CTAB3%/SSS 2% fracturing fluid.CTAB3%/SSS 2% fracturing fluid showed some shear thickening phenomenon with little changes of apparent viscosity within 30~70 ℃ and apparent viscosity as high as 202 mPa·s at 80 ℃.CTAB3%/SSS 2% fracturing fluid had glass bead settling velocity of 0.026 mm/s,oil gel breaking time of less than 15 min and water gel breaking time of less than 4 h.
