基于SQ的光电化学测定体系的构建及应用

摘要 Bis(4-dibutylamino-2-hydroxyphenyl)squaraine(SQ)是具有大共轭结构的一种方菁染料,在可见光区有吸收,可以被可见光激发,其方酸中心可以结合丙硫醇。基于其良好的光学性能,本文设计了基于SQ的光电化学测定体系,并对所使用的TiO2膜电极进行了表征。研究表明,SQ在TiO2膜电极表面性质稳定,该体系有显著并且稳定的响应信号,重现性好,本文成功将此体系应用于丙硫醇含量的检测。 Bis(4-dibutylamino-2-hydroxyphenyl) squaraine(SQ) was a kind of squaraine dye,with a conjugated structure,which had an absorption peak at visible region and can be excited by visible light.The centre of squaric acid enabled the SQ to react with propanethiol.The good optical property of SQ was used to design SQ/TiO2 film electrode.According to the research,SQ was stable at the surface of TiO2 film electrode and was a photoelectrochemical system with large and steady response signal.This system was applied to detect propanethiol successfully.
