摘要
LNG是易燃易爆低温液化气体,一般采用无损储存的方式储存或运输,因此,在无损储存过程中,储存容器的绝热性能就显得尤为重要,而储存容器的蒸发率就是衡量绝热性能的重要指标。本文以低温容器为实验装置,对低温储罐的蒸发率进行了实验研究,实验结果表明:随着充满率的上升,日蒸发率的趋势是逐渐增大的;随着夹层真空度数值的增大,日蒸发率是逐渐增大的;实验证明低温液体无损储存中存在一个最佳充满率。
LNG was a flammable explosive cryogenic gas which was stored commonly with non-loss storage.Accordingly,the insulating performance of the cryogenic vessels was particularly important during non-loss storage,and the evaporation rate of the cryogenic vessels was an important indicator of the measure of thermal insulation performance.The evaporation rate of the cryogenic vessels was studied.Experimental results showed that the daily evaporation rate was gradually increased with the full rate increased,daily evaporation rate was gradually increased with increasing the vacuum degree,and the best filling rate in cryogenic liquid non-loss storage was proved.
