摘要 比较检测糖果中合成色素诱惑红的两种方法。用聚酰胺粉吸附提取诱惑红色素,再分别用纸色谱法分离紫外可见分光光度计法测定和反相高效液相色谱法分离测定外标法定量。高效液相色谱法的精密度高于紫外可见分光光度计法,高效液相色谱法的检出限低于紫外可见分光光度计法。测定糖果中合成色素诱惑红含量时,高效液相色谱法优于紫外可见分光光度计法。 To compare two methods of detecting the synthetic pigmen of allura red in Candy,using polyamide powder to adsorb and extract the allura red,the allura red was separate with paper chromatography,and then it was determined with the UV-VIS spectrophotometric method.The allura red was separated and determined with the high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and quantitating external standard method.The precision of the HPLC was better than that of the UV-VIS spectrophotometric method,and the detection limit of the HPLC was lower than that of the ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer method.When determining the synthetic pigmen allura red in candy,HPLC was better than the UV-VIS spectrophotometric method.
