摘要
噪声污染具有不连续性、分散性、隐蔽性的特点,使之成为现代城市非常突出的环境问题之一。本文针对噪声环境管理阐述了国内外声环境管理经验,并从立法、标准、规划、控制技术和管理等方面介绍了国内外对噪声污染的控制,对城市噪声环境污染控制和噪声污染防治规划具有非常重要的指导意义。
The noise pollution was one of the prominent environmental problems in the modern city with not continuity,dispersion,and concealment characteristics.The noise management at home and abroad was demonstrated.Moreover,the laws,standard,planning and control technologies and managements of noise at home and abroad were introduced.The analysis results would significantly guide the noise pollution prevention and control planning.
