摘要
永坪炼油厂为了提高冷却器的冷却效果,于2009年7月对120万吨/年重油催化裂化装置分馏系统、吸收稳定系统的冷却器进行技术改造,利用高压水反向冲洗冷却器,效果很好。通过对装置运行情况的分析和探讨,证实了反冲洗法在裂化装置冷却器上应用的可行性,提高冷却器的冷却效果,满足生产的需要。
Yongping oil refinery in order to improve the cooler cooling effect,in 2009 July,1.2 million tons/year fractionating system of RFCC unit,absorption and stabilization system cooler for technological transformation,using high pressure water reverse flushing cooler,and the effect was very good.Through analysis and discussion of the operation,the application feasibility of backwash method for cracking unit cooler was confirmed and the cooler cooling effect was raised to meet the need of production.
