Research Development of Gardenia

栀子目前在我国种植面积很大,已经形成我国的一大特色农业。栀子可利用部分主要为栀子果实和栀子花,栀子果实的化学成分主要包括栀子黄色素、栀子苷、多糖等;栀子花含栀子精油,是提炼栀子香精的主要原料。本文主要介绍了栀子黄色素、栀子苷、多糖及栀子精油的的研究进展。

The gardenia spread widely in China and was a major character of the agriculture. The usable components of gardenia were the gardenia fruit and flower, the chemical components mainly included erocin, geniposide, polysac- caride and pectin, and the gardenia flower included gardenia oil, which was the major material of gardenia perfume. The research developments of crocin, geniposide, polysaccaride and gardenia perfume were reviewed.
