摘要
以蜂胶为原料,进行超临界CO2萃取蜂胶黄酮的研究,系统地考察了醇系、酮系、酯系和混合溶剂等夹带剂对蜂胶黄酮含量的影响。实验表明:夹带剂对萃取影响关系为:醇系夹带剂>混和夹带剂>酯系夹带剂>酮系夹带剂>不加夹带剂。95%乙醇是性价比最高的夹带剂,夹带剂用量为10%。
The content of flawmoid of propolis was investigated by supercritical CO2 extraction with the entrainer of alcohol, ketone, ester, and the mixed solvent. The results showed that the influence of the entrainer was as follows: an alcohol - based entrainer 〉 mixed entrainer 〉 the ester entrainer 〉 the ketone based entrainer 〉 without entrainer. Ethanol (95% purity) was the most cost -effective entrainer with 10% by weight.
