摘要
香豆素类化合物是重要的荧光材料,具有苯并吡喃酮环状结构,环上取代基对荧光性质具有重要影响。本文以Pechmann反应和Knoevenagel反应合成了三个3位或4位取代7-羟基香豆素,并优化了反应条件,反应快速,操作简便,产品收率较高。
Coumarin derivatives, with the ring structure of benzopyrone, were important fluorescent material candi- dates. The substitution groups on the ring had great effects on the fluorescent properties. Three 3 - or 4 - substituted 7 - hydroxylcoumarins were synthesized by Pechmann reaction and Knoevenagel reaction. The reaction conditions were optimized. The methods had the characters of short time, simple operation and good yield.
