亲水单甘酯在动物饲料中应用的初步研究

Preliminary Study of Hydrophilic Monoglyceride Used in the Feed

研究了亲水性单甘酯和卵磷酯复配后,在动物饲料中的合适配比以及此复配乳化剂的最佳用量,得出在动物饲料中添加2%(ω)的复配乳化剂,其中亲水性单甘酯∶大豆磷酯为1∶1(W/W)时,能使豆油稳定乳化的结论。该结论使亲水性单甘酯作为饲料乳化剂成为可能。

The matching of hydrophilic monoglyceride and lecithin in the feed were studied. Experimental results showed that stable emulsion can be got when hydrophilic monoglyceride to lecithin was 1 ： 1 （W/W） , and hydrophilic monoglyceride may be used in the feed.
