AB-8型大孔吸附树脂对茶皂素的吸附研究

摘要 初步摸索了AB-8型大孔吸附树脂在酸性条件及相关因素的影响下对茶皂素的吸附效果,实验表明最佳工艺条件为:吸附时间100 min,茶皂素浓度30 mg/mL,固液比1∶6,溶液pH值为4。同时获得了97%乙醇为溶剂的解析条件及相关因素的影响,最佳实验条件为脱附温度可选取40~50℃,洗脱液与上样液体积比为4∶1,洗脱时间为120 min。 The effects of macroporous resin AB -8 on tea saponin adsorption in acidic conditions and related factors were explored, and experimental results showed that the optimum conditions were that adsorption time was 100 min, the concentration of tea saponin 30 mg/mL, solid to liquid ratio of 1 : 6, and solution pH value was 4. At the same time, the analytical conditions of 97% ethanol as solvent and related effect factors were obtained, and the optimal experimental conditions for the desorption were in 40 - 50℃, eluent and sample liquid volume ratio of 4 : 1, and the elution time of 120 min.
