摘要
结合东北某化纤厂实际工程,比较了采用固定化微生物技术处理腈纶废水的优势。研究发现相同进水条件下,与活性污泥法相比,占地面积要小26.8%、HRT小14.8%、进水COD负荷高34%左右。出水COD要比老生化池低10~25 mg/L;最好出水COD可达185 mg/L;生化处理时间约为14 h后,对COD降解作用不大。固定化微生物无需污泥回流,其处理效果及成本均优于活性污泥法。
Combined with a practical project from the northeast China of Chemical fiber factory, the advantages of u- sing immobilized microbial technology to treat the acrylic fiber wastewater were compared. The study found under the same flow conditions, compared to the activated sludge process, it covered a smaller area of 26.8% and HRT smaller of 14. 8%, and influent COD load higher about 34%. The new biochemical pool effluent COD was low than that of the old 10-25 mg/L, the best COD effluent was up to 185 mg/L, and the biochemical processing time of approximately was 14 h, with little degradation of COD. The immobilized microorganisms without sludge reflow treatment effect and cost was superior to conventional activated sludge process.
