加工劣质原油常减压装置的管道腐蚀与选材

摘要 介绍了加工含硫、含酸原油常减压装置主要存在的低温HCl-H2S-H2O腐蚀和高温硫腐蚀、环烷酸腐蚀的腐蚀机理,在此基础上阐述了管道选材的方法,给出了塔顶冷凝冷却系统、常压和减压转油线及常压塔、减压塔塔底等高温部位的抗腐蚀材料的选择方案,并提出了从管道的布置上减轻转油线腐蚀的几点措施。 Low temperature HCl- H2S- H2O, high temperature sulfur and sour corrosion principles of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit processing sulfur and sour crudes were presented, and measures of piping material selection were explained. Piping material selection of cooking system of column top, atmospheric and vacuum transfer oil line and the bottom line of atmospheric and vacuum column were listed. Also some measures to reduce transfer oil line corrosion by pipeline arrange were proposed.
