The performance characteristics of elastic aliphatic polyurethane paint were described. The construction technology, construction conditions, and established case of the paint were introduced. The normal issues during the construction, such as the uneven film surface, bubble, poor adhesion, dark bubble and cracking, tacky and other quality issue were analyzed, and the solutions were put forward.
